Conducting outcome survey of the BHP early warning dissemination on the cyclone Amphan

The main objective of this assignment was to examine the effectiveness of BHP disseminated Early Warning Messages on Cyclone Amphan, and to provide necessary recommendations for further improvement. The specific objectives are to:

• Identify the percentage of population received the EWM disseminated by BHP on cyclone Amphan;
• Capture participants’ feedback on how it helped them to save their life and livelihoods;
• Identify and comment on the rate of multiple receipt of EWM (from multiple sources, multiple BRAC programs, Govt. or other sources etc.);
• Collect participant feedback on how the EWM could be made more effective;
• Provide evidence-based recommendation for the improvement of EWM.
