The objective of this assignment “Technical Analysis of Industrial Symbiosis Opportunities in the BSMSN Economic Zone – Bangladesh” developed by the World Bank was to evaluate how the economic zone can increase sustainability, and resource efficiency, reduce the use of fossil fuels and, reduce waste generation through the implementation of industrial symbiosis (IS) and green infrastructure projects. It also focused on technical and financial analysis of green and climate-resilient infrastructure opportunities at the park level, and opportunities for IS and material synergies
